Book Description

Jenna won't admit her family may be in crisis. She is a strong woman, and she marries her life's love. When depression strikes her husband, precipitated by a business crime she is certain he didn't commit, it affects them both. Furthermore, they've both changed, and Matthew has made numerous disruptive choices.
The resort where her parents winter is Jenna's refuge. The lightheartedness of the residents brings relief to her very soul. Jenna navigates her way through the debris of Matthew's inner turmoil, and they attempt to regain what they had prior to his breakdown.

However, there are so many obstacles to that happy scenario as more personal issues arise -- such as did an unstable Matthew just buy a gun?

Notes

I WRITE ABOUT—
Family drama / friendships / and relationships – throwing in as much humour as the story allows.
I get totally involved in the people’s emotions. These emotions and my characters do grab me and pull me along with them. And this is what I want to do with my readers. I want my readers to be pulled along by my story and the characters in my books.
I actually dislike the word ‘characters’ because my story people become like imaginary friends to me. I escape with them to their world. We all had imaginary friends when we were growing up. I guess I still do.
