Biography | Anne Burke is the editor of Prairie Journal which has been published since 1983. She is also an author whose work has appeared in numerous literary magazines and academic journals, as well as in book form. She is a Full Member of the League of Canadian Poets and Chair of the Feminist Caucus. She represents Prairie Journal on the Cultural Magazines Committee of Magazines Canada and is a Founding Member of AMPA. Anne served as Pro Tem President and was on the Executive of AMPA for 13 years. In addition, she was President of the Writers Guild of Alberta (twice). |
