Biography

Today Celeste A. Peters earns her living designing websites, especially websites for other authors. But early in life she came across the following advice in Robert Heinleins book Time Enough for Love and took it to heart: Specialization is for insects.

So, over the years Celeste has taught the history of Ancient Mesopotamia and the history of Science at the University of Calgary, has translated ancient cuneiform tablets, has been Senior Writer at a large ad agency and Science Editor at the Winnipeg Sun, has managed a puppet theatre, and has directed the Calgary Multicultural Centre. She has also found time to travel extensively and author six published non-fiction books and several published short stories.

Celeste appreciates the thoughtful encouragement of her fellow Imaginative Fiction Writers Association members.
