What’s better than a good old fashioned game night? Three game nights! We have all been working hard writing our novels and stories in the early morning or late night hours. We’ve been getting kids ready for virtual school while virtual grocery shopping for very real antacids, so we deserve some time to just have fun.
We have three nights worth of games and you can sign up for one, two, or even all three. There will be prizes and overall Zoom silliness will ensue. It’s free to sign up so tell your friends and let’s have some fun!
*Cancelled* 7pm Monday, November 23: Team Trivia. We get that folks are busy these days. We’ll try Trivia on another night.
7pm Wednesday, November 25: Codenames. Codenames is a game of guessing which codenames (i.e., words) in a set are related to a hint-word given by another player.
Players split into two teams: red and blue. One player of each team is selected as the team’s spymaster; the others are field operatives.
7pm Thursday, November 26: Ex Libris. The game of first lines and last words. The game involves having to write fake, but plausible, opening (or closing) sentences of genuine books in an attempt to fool fellow players into believing your words are the authentic first (or last) lines of a given book. This is a perfect game for writers. It’s going to be so much fun!
