Alien warships appear in the sky over Nevada, attacking the small town of Sunrise. They have traveled through time and space, from the far reaches of the Galaxy. Hot on their tails are US Air Force Raptors, in relentless pursuit. Dubbed 'T-backs' by the Raptor pilots, and flown by Quads, the alien fighters are more than a match for Earth's defences.

The town of Sunrise, Nevada is their target. The fierce aliens seek a mysterious entity known as 'the key', which holds the DNA sequences to ensure the continuation of their evil race.

The Raptor pilots are young, but have been trained by the best. When it comes to dog-fights with alien T-backs, Misty and Rikkie know no fear. When it comes to their budding love for each other, however, the two girls are in uncharted territory. Coming of age against a dark menace only adds another layer to what they must face together.
