Our season of monthly events resumes on Thursday, February 1, when Marilyn Dumont, poet and creative writing instructor, will be with us at the Almanac to read from her work and participate in a discussion about creativity, identity, and place.
Marilyn has won numerous awards for her writing, including the 2016 Stephan G. Stephansson Award for Poetry. Her work is beautiful, challenging, tender, and ambitious.
Please join us for drinks and visiting at 7:00; Marilyn will read at 7:30. The Almanac is at 10351 Whyte Avenue, just a few doors down from the Princess Theatre.
