The City of Calgary W.O. Mitchell Book Prize 2015 Submission Form

The Edmonton and Calgary city book prizes have their own criteria established by their respective municipalities. Be sure to have read and reviewed ALL the submission guidelines when entering an award category. Please note the $35 fee and five additional copies of the book are required for each award category in which the book is entered.
