Welcome to the 2015 Words in 3D Conference: Intersections.
Words in 3D is back for 2015! Join us for the second edition of the unique conference that connects writers, editors, publishers, and agents from across Canada. The weekend focuses on how and where your work with words intersects with other disciplines. Professional development and networking are crucial components of the event, of course, but so are creativity and community. Bring along your energy and your enthusiasm and see where the road takes you.

Registration, Accommodation, and Bursary Fund
Updated Accommodation Information is Now Available:
The Chateau Lacombe Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $135 per night for Conference and Gala attendees. Discounted rooms may be booked online. Visit the booking page here or call 1.800.661.8801 and ask for the Writers’ Guild of Alberta (Words in 3D) group rate.The deadline to book under the discount is May 1, 2015.

| On or before April 22, 2015 | 100% of the registration fees you have paid, minus a $50 administration fee |
| April 22 – May 8, 2015 | 50% of the registration fees you have paid |
| After May 8, 2015 | No refund |
Bursary Fund
Bursary funds will be available for those who require assistance with the full conference fee. Bursaries will be awarded as needed until funds run out. To apply for a bursary, contact Cheryl Mahaffy, [email protected] .
