Hello, Olives!
Indeed it’s that time again! October’s reading will feature Edmonton’s own Eldritch monster, Premee Mohamed. 👻🧪💀
As always, an open mic will follow the featured readings. Join us at Rooster Kitchen for food, drinks, and some excellent prose sure to put you in the spooky season spirit!
There are two big announcements to share. Firstly, Matthew Stepanic from Agatha Press has joined us as the new chapbook editor! Second, The Olive is going back to their roots this season by giving one featured writer the entire evening to take audiences on a deep dive of their work before the open mic portion.
The Olive Reading Series is generously sponsored by the Writers’ Guild of Alberta.
