Bret Crowle is a queer, multimedia creator based in Moh’kins’tsis (Calgary, Alberta). Her debut poetry collection Jesus is a Voyeur was published in October 2024 by Frontenac House. These days, she gives life to poetry centred around sapphic desire, and is working on a collection of short stories about the horrors of having a body. Her passions involve making noise, drawing strange images, and writing things that might make her mother shake her head.
