Join your fellow writers May 10 – 14, 2017 at the Strawberry Creek Lodge for our annual writing retreat—the 60th writing retreat the Writers’ Guild of Alberta has held at Strawberry Creek Lodge! Our popular spring retreat is a self-directed writing retreat open to participants at any stage of their writing career. Strawberry Creek Lodge is a spacious log building on the edge of a tranquil valley, about a half hour’s drive west of Leduc.
The retreat fee is $592 and includes four nights’ accommodation in your own room (with a desk) and all meals from Wednesday supper through Sunday lunch. The retreat is an excellent opportunity to take in the beautiful scenery Strawberry Creek Lodge and be inspired for new writing!
The retreat is exclusive to Writers’ Guild of Alberta members. Non-members who wish to participate must purchase a membership, and may do so at the same time as registering for the retreat.
