What: You’ve spent a lot of time on your manuscript, now it’s time to sell it. In this workshop with Joan Marie Galat, tackle the mystery of the query. The query is where you make your first impression with decision makers in publishing. What information belongs in your letter? What is forbidden? Discover how to best present yourself and your work by mastering the art of query letter writing.
Participants should bring paper, a pen, and a query letter they’ve written if they would like feedback (time permitting). Free for WGA Members.
