No yoga experience required and modifications will be offered to those with injuries. Join us for a primarily restorative and yin style practice with writing prompts, timed free-writes, short meditations, slow yoga poses, and select readings throughout. Mats, bolsters and blocks will be provided to create comfortable sitting arrangements and writing surfaces. Wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring your notebook and pen! Space limited; advance registration required.

Erin Leather received her Yoga Teacher Training from Ananda Ashram in New York in the summer of 2012. She does her best to encouraging an atmosphere of lightness and fun while still providing space for introspection and stillness. She enjoys incorporating key elements of anatomy and physiology into her teaching as well as yoga philosophy centered on wellness and compassion. Erin has spent much of her life training and teaching karate and was fortunate enough to be able to compete in Japan in 2004 and help coach a Canadian National Team in 2012. When I’m not twisted up in yoga, she is often found eating out at one of the many amazing restaurants throughout Calgary; playing with her puppy, Finn; or watching Doctor Who (again) on Netflix.
